亿丝工厂位于风景秀丽、无污染的河南南阳伏牛山，每年5-7月，肥沃的桑叶漫山遍野，最是适合养育如今稀有的金柞蚕。当地人善良淳朴，吃苦耐劳，每逢蚕丝养殖期，山上山下到处都是农民们忙碌的背影。七月份，纯天然有机柞蚕茧便养成了。养殖期过以后，工厂材料采购专员都会购进大批最优质的蚕丝，质量、颜色严格把控。亿丝手工毯，聘用当地有祖传编织地毯手艺的23-40岁的眼睛视力好，有五年以上工龄的高级技师，无论地毯还是壁毯，工艺都远超波斯地毯工艺，密度高达800道、1000道、1200道，可经久保存，收藏价值极高。编织后必须与图纸一样逼真完美，且为100%纯天然蚕丝，经厂方技术人员严格验证后再经国家轻工业部认可，亿丝地毯才能最终走向国内外市场。
